Kyle M. Truxillo

Kyle Truxillo primarily practices in the areas of insurance defense, coverage disputes, maritime personal injury, and general commercial liability, with experience in environmental and administrative matters.

Mr. Truxillo is a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana. He earned his Juris Doctor and Degree in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University, and undergraduate degree in business management from Nicholls State University, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Truxillo was a member of the Board of Advocates and clerked for Chief Justice John Weimer of the Louisiana Supreme Court.

Mr. Truxillo is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and Young Leadership Council of New Orleans.
